When not to take Duromine

Duromine is a medication, prescribed as a short-term supplementary means to some traditional weight loss methods (diet and physiotherapy). Duromine diet pills are prescribed to people, who have BMI over 30, and people, whose BMI is 25 or above, accompanied with diseases that arise along with obesity (hypertension, cholecystitis, diabetes).

Duromine is not prescribed to people with a slight excess weight, who want to lose a couple of kilograms. Children and elderly people have not participated in clinical and non-clinical safety and efficacy trials of Duromine capsules. Therefore, Duromine weight loss medication is contraindicated to children under 12 years old and elderly people (over 65 years).

Duromine and inhibitors (MAO)
Do not use Duromine capsules together with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAO). Concomitant use of Duromine and MAO inhibitors (Iproniazid, Moclobemide, Selegiline) increases the risk of hypertensive crisis. To prevent a sharp increase in the heart pressure, MAO inhibitors are contraindicated within 14 days before and after the intake of Duromine capsules.
Duromine and tricyclic antidepressants
Combined application of Duromine and tricyclic antidepressants is accompanied with increased adrenergic stimulation. Combined use of Amitriptyline, Clomipramine, Imipramine and Duromine diet pills causes high blood pressure, frequent heartbeat and arrhythmia. Thus, when using Duromine capsules, a patient should quit using tricyclic antidepressants.
Duromine and SSRIs
The risk of pulmonary hypertension and valvular heart disease increases along with the application of Duromine and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs). When taking Duromine weight loss drug, SSRIs (Fluoxetine, Citalopram, Sertraline, Escitalopram, Paroxetine and Bupropion) should be avoided
Duromine and antihypertensive medications
Duromine can lessen the therapeutic effect of many antihypertensive medications. For example, Duromine usage can reduce the hypotensive effect of beta-adrenergic blockers (Clonidine), presynaptic adrenergic blockers (Guanethidine) and alpha-agonists (Methyldopa). Hence, it is recommended to increase the dose of antihypertensive medication, when using Duromine diet pills along with an antihypertensive drug.
Duromine and thyroid hormones
A concomitant application of Duromine capsules and thyroid hormones (thyroxin T4 and triiodothyronine T3) increases the metabolic effect of hormonal therapy. Please note that thyroid hormones affect the development and functioning of the central and peripheral nervous system, skin, muscles, cardiovascular system, liver, kidneys, gastrointestinal tract and respiratory tract. Therefore, not to harm the overall health, it is recommended to consult a doctor before adding Duromine to hormonal therapy.
Prior to buy Duromine without prescription, ask the doctor or pharmacist to give you more information on Duromine.
